Job Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in design and implementation of multi-tier software applications
• 3+ years in server side Java programming
• Strong OO analysis/design skills, extensive knowledge of software methodologies and best practices
• Deep understanding of web/browser technologies
• Solid experience with Relational DB design and usage
• Able to clearly document and communicate objectives, requirements, and design
• Able to use seasoned judgment to suggest approaches that optimize between customer needs, business constraints, and technological realities
• Able to learn new technologies very quickly
• Able to deliver high quality results under time pressure.
• BS/MS in Computer Science/Computer Engineering preferable, but coding expertise is what really counts.
